Projection is a concept well known to therapists and counsellors, but one that coaches are often less familiar with.
This programme is about the practical exploration of these phenomena. It aims to help demystify the projection process, to get some practical understanding and awareness of them and to use this better understanding to inform our coaching practice.

- Exploring and unpacking projection and introjection.
- Learning how to recognise it in myself and others
- How it influences our interactions specifically as both coach and client.
